Remove the front door speaker trim panel.
Remove door panel 07 ford f150.
Un clip any wiring harnesses from the switch panel.

Remove the window control switch by pry up on the trim around the switch and it will release.
Lift the door panel up to disengage the tabs that hold it in place.
Pry off the door switch assembly and disconnect the harness on the back.
